Looks like Shashi Tharoor’s Holy Cow is running amok all around, Its not only in the news due to media frenzy, but it is also buzzing the search engines as well.
Take a look at the trend rise on “Shashi Tharoor”. It shot up sharply around September 15th when Holy Cow started to move around, The last time Shashi Tharoor made such a buzz on internet was when he was declared as India’s Official candidate for UN Chief Secretary’s position:
Courtesty: Google
The numbers on the graph reflect how many searches have been done for a particular term, relative to the total number of searches done on Google over time. They don’t represent absolute search volume numbers, because the data is normalized and presented on a scale from 0-100. Each point on the graph is divided by the highest point, or 100. When we don’t have enough data, 0 is shown. The numbers next to the search terms above the graph are summaries, or totals.
I also found that for most of India, Google Search appears to be the Search Engine of Choice!
Its so funny that Media evokes and then provokes responses…..It happens only in India 🙂
Gud one
