How Not To Package Your Product

Digital Voltage Tester from Stanley

I had recently bought this digital voltage tester made by Stanley. I am pretty impressed with the tool in getting the accurate readings of voltage. However, the packaging is also a good example for companies on how not to package their products! The price sticker is all over the instruction text. One may argue that you would know how to use it if you have bought it, but it discourages the new or not so savvy customers from buying! And moreover this being an electrical device, careless or improper use can result in catastrophe. Below is a closer look at the price tag being stuck on top of instructions.

I am not sure if it’s the responsibility of manufacturer Stanley or the importer Black & Decker for this packaging/sticker. If you have come across such bad packaging/stickering, do comment and let everyone know.
